Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at Comfort Hotel Hakata, largely thanks to its fantastic location right across from Hakata Station. The rooms were small and a bit dated, but they were generally clean, which made sleeping easy. The breakfast was a bit crowded and offered mostly Japanese dishes, so waking up early to beat the rush is a good idea. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay quite pleasant.
I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Hotel Hakata, highlighted by its fantastic location right across from Hakata Station, making it super convenient for travel. The room was a bit small and dated, but clean and equipped with the essentials. Breakfast was a buffet featuring mainly Japanese dishes, which was a nice way to start the day. However, the atmosphere was often busy and I noticed some areas could use a little sprucing up, but overall, the staff's excellent service made my stay enjoyable.
I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Hotel Hakata, thanks to its excellent location right across from Hakata Station. The staff's helpfulness stood out, as they assisted me with my queries and offered to freeze some food I had purchased. The room was clean but quite dated, and although the amenities were basic, I appreciated having toiletries provided. Overall, this hotel has great potential but definitely needs some refurbishment.
I had a reasonable stay at Comfort Hotel Hakata. The location was perfect, situated right across from Hakata Station, making it easy to explore the city. However, the rooms showed signs of age and could definitely use some renovation. While the breakfast offered decent options, it got quite busy, so early risers definitely benefit.
I had a mixed experience at Comfort Hotel Hakata. The location right across from Hakata Station was a major plus, making it convenient for travel and nearby shopping. However, the hotel is quite dated and in need of renovation, with basic amenities and a repetitive breakfast menu. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay a bit more enjoyable despite the room issues.
